The 2021 program begins on Tuesday, September 14, from 6:00 - 8:00pm and continues every Tuesday evening for 10 weeks. Sessions will be held both virtually and in-person at various locations. Activities will include tours of City facilities, active demonstrations, hands-on sessions and multi-media presentations. The goal of the academy is to engage residents and ensure they are well informed when it comes to the inner workings of the City so that as neighborhood leaders, they can share this knowledge with their respective neighborhoods. Additionally, participants will have opportunities to ask questions and share ideas with City staff and best practices with one another during the course of the program.
