Deck the Halls at the Tallahassee Senior Center
Annual Holiday Event Returns on Friday, Dec. 6
November 21, 2019
Warm up for the holiday season at the Tallahassee Senior Center’s Deck the Halls celebration on Friday, Dec. 6. Each year, Tallahassee Senior Services transforms the Senior Center into a winter wonderland full of food, holiday drinks, music, good cheer and even better company.
Beginning at 6:30 p.m., guests can enjoy holiday tunes, courtesy of Quanta, as well as delectable goodies and tasty martinis. This feast for the senses is sure to put attendees in the mood to participate in the ever-popular silent auction.
The silent auction offers a mix of adventure, pampering and more. Over 150 items for a variety of budgets will be up for bid.
Additionally, the $500 cash giveaway is back again this year. Tickets are one for $5 or three for $10, and you do not have to be present at the time of the drawing to win.
Tickets for Deck the Halls are on sale and cost $50 each. Discounts are available for groups of 6, 8 and 10. It’s the perfect reason to round up your friends and partake in holiday fun – with the added benefit of zero clean up! Visit TallahasseeSeniorFoundation.org, call 850-891-4003 or stop by the Senior Center to purchase your tickets.
Deck the Halls benefits the programs of the Tallahassee Senior Center to encourage active living, optimal aging and social fitness through classes, concerts and more for Tallahasseeans of all ages throughout the year.
Partners for this year’s event include Audiology Associates of North Florida, a Division of Tallahassee Ear, Nose & Throat; the Tallahassee Senior Center and Foundation; and other generous sponsors.
The Tallahassee Senior Center, located at 1400 N.
